New to BuyGas? Getting set up takes about five minutes and a phone. Here's the whole flow, start to finish, so you know exactly what to expect before the rider arrives.
Before you start
Download the BuyGas app and create your account. Have your cylinder accessible and your phone charged — that's genuinely all you need. The meter ships pre-configured, so there's no wiring or tools involved.
Pairing and first reading
Fit the meter between your cylinder and regulator — it twists on the same way your regulator does. Open the app, tap Add device, and hold your phone close to pair. Within a few seconds you'll see your first live reading.
Set your refill threshold while you're there, and you're done. From now on the app tracks every cook and flags you long before you're low.
Most new customers are fully set up before their tea has finished brewing.
